Return Policy
Forever In Fashion strives on “customer service” and is dedicated to providing an effective online shopping experience for you. Merchandise that is purchased from this website is acceptable for returns under the following conditions:
• Items must be in a marketable condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
• All return items must be in a saleable condition and accompanied by its original tags and packaging material.
• All returns must be sent back within 35 days of the invoice date to receive full credit for an item. The original invoice must accompany the item in its return.
• Any returns received within 60 days will result in the customer accepting a store credit or exchange only. Items received after 60 days from the day of the invoice will be returned back to the consumer.
• Invoice number and billing name should return along with the item purchased.
• We will communicate to you via email once your return/exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been finalized. Be advised that your exchange item could potentially not be in stock by the time your return is received. Therefore, a refund or store credit will be disbursed.
• Paying for returned packages yourself comes with its risk, we strongly encourage you to insure all packages and purchase tracking services for your security. This will certify packages reaching our destination for processing.
• If you are displeased with your Forever In Fashion product, return it for a return of the item price. And, shipping and handling is not included.
• Returned merchandise must be sealed in an insured package and mailed to the address below.

Shipping Procedures
Shipping items in a timely manner is of extreme importance to Forever In Fashion. As we estimate our delivery time, we factor in item availability and the final destination of the package(s) being shipped. Please be advised that estimated delivery calculations are approximations, and are not definite.
• For orders over $100, Forever In Fashion offers free shipping within the contiguous United States. Be advised that all items will be shipped insured, and that Standard Ground Shipping rates apply.
• Items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fee deducted from the refund.
• Shipping items to more than one address will be considered separate addresses, and additional shipping charges are applicable.
• Shipping to Forever In Fashion is at the customer’s expense and will vary according to weight, size, shipping type and location.
• Shipping is non-refundable.
